Eating Philosophy

In my practice I nourish heath and restore balance. We work together to redefine your relationship with food and health. Nothing about this process should feel stressful, overwhelming, or complicated. We embark on this journey together that is oftentimes emotionally healing as well as physically. My goal is for you to feel empowered, invigorated, and informed.

I provide tailored nutrition programs individualized to your specific needs, goals, and context. As a Registered Dietitian, I operate on a foundation of an evidence-based, standardized set of guidelines and ethical principles. Every recommendation has scientific backing. As we work towards your personalized goals we also cover fundamental principles of nutrition so that you are left with a tool-kit that you will carry for life.

We strip down your current ideologies and redefine what it means to you to be healthy. We nourish a positive and peaceful relationship with food, mind, and body.

RESTORE

Restore balance by identifying and addressing obstacles. This encompasses
multiple areas: nutrition, the mind (thoughts, beliefs, rules, triggers), as well as self-care (sleep, exercise, stress reduction). We ensure basic needs are being met and progress from there.

UPLIFT

Uplift your mood, standards, and sense of well-being. Challenge yourself to gain fulfillment out of remaining consistent, accountable, and in tune with your body. We work to cultivate your ability to listen and respond to your bodies cues by relearning the natural instincts for hunger/satiety that you were born with. You will build trust in your body.
